Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Senior or Associate Architectural Designer to join our collaborative team in Bristol or Exeter. As a key member of our Architectural team, you will play a crucial role in shaping residential projects across the UK. Your expertise in housing layout and ability to collaborate closely with colleagues across disciplines will be essential in delivering exceptional results.

You will produce high-quality hand-drawn or CAD layouts for feasibility studies and planning applications, manage projects of all sizes, and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Utilising your knowledge of building regulations, planning issues, and local design standards, you will collaborate with our multi-disciplinary teams, including masterplanning, town planning, and landscape teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent working knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A full UK driving license with access to a car
