Timber Production Specialist

We're the Huws Gray Group, a leading provider of building materials across the UK. As part of our team, you'll play a vital role in manufacturing engineered timber products that meet our high standards.
As a Fabricator with us, you'll work as part of a dynamic team to produce high-quality timber products using state-of-the-art technology. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring accurate measurements and timely delivery.
Here's what you can expect from this role:
- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve production targets
- Operating complex machinery, such as automated presses and laser systems, to manufacture precision-cut timber components
- Maintaining a safe and organized workshop environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols
To succeed in this position, you'll need:
• A good understanding of woodworking principles and practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
- 24 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
