Main Responsibilities:

As a Lamination Specialist, you will be responsible for adhering to all Health and Safety requirements, commissioning and setting process parameters for new technologies, and leading coating and lamination development from an operational perspective. You will also share in-depth knowledge and experience of solvent-based lamination processes, and create training documentation for the lamination and coating department. Additionally, you will provide support to the lamination department as required, setting and operating lamination machines in accordance with the production plan, and quality checking of products at various stages of the lamination process.

Requirements:

Responsibility for daily and pre-running machine checks, setting, running the machine, solving any issues arising, and full clean down after each job to prevent any material contamination. Setting machines to correct spec and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
