Purpose of Role: Manage product trials and data collection, provide technical support services including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trials: Set up, organize, and maintain product trial study documentation and guidelines. Collect, track, and analyze field trial data. Provide updates on trial progress tracking. Coordinate trial materials as appropriate. Present trial results, including reports and presentations.
  • Service: Become a 'trusted advisor' at site regarding wear components. Facilitate machine bucket inspections and provide reports on overall bucket performance. Provide gauging services and associated lip and GET condition monitoring reports.
  • Product Support: Provide education on products, installation, safe operation, and maintenance. Direct troubleshooting of ESCO equipment to the appropriate Product Manager.
  • Customer Support: Regular travel to site and provide quick response and solutions to immediate customer problems. Support collection of data and analysis regarding Warranty issues. Identify sales opportunities when in contact with the customer.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Engineering, Mining, Science, Statistics, Bachelor's degree (or similar).
  • Heavy industry exposure around 3 years related experience.
  • Advanced Excel, including Macros (mandatory).
  • The successful candidate will be required to undergo a background check (including a pre-employment medical).
