Cytiva, a leading Life Sciences company, is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Global Commercial Business Enablement Manager. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving commercial success and advancing future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
About the Role
As a Global Commercial Business Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing Commercial Excellence initiatives to achieve strategic and tactical goals for the Commercial organization. You will collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders across various operating companies to generate actionable insights and drive progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Commercial Excellence initiatives to drive business growth and improve sales force productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate insights and drive progress towards business objectives.
- Provide data-driven analysis and recommendations to Commercial leadership teams to inform strategic decisions.
- Leverage business intelligence tools to drive continuous improvement and optimize business processes.
- Support the implementation of leadership policies and procedures to ensure business requirements are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Fundamental understanding of business intelligence tools and data analysis.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in commercial disciplines such as marketing, commercial operations, or sales in a business-to-business environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with business intelligence tools and data analysis.
- Proficient in Salesforce and Oracle.
