About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable Mechanical Contractor in the Midlands as a Mechanical Estimator. As a key member of the Estimating team, you will play a crucial role in pricing up Mechanical projects, with a focus on Air Conditioning and Ventilation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimating and pricing projects up to £2M
  • Working closely with the Director in a collaborative Estimating team
  • Pricing up all Mechanical aspects of projects, with a bias towards Air Conditioning and Ventilation
  • Working on diverse projects across various sectors, including Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Hotels, Leisure, Manufacturing, and Retail
  • Utilizing the latest packages and technology to ensure constant development
  • Offered opportunities to progress and grow within the company

Requirements:

  • Current experience as a Senior Mechanical Estimator, HVAC Estimator, or Intermediate Mechanical HVAC Estimator
  • Knowledge of programs such as Hevacomp
  • Qualifications in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering, such as HND and/or Degree
