We are currently seeking a Mechanical Estimation Specialist to join our esteemed Mechanical Contracting team. With a solid track record spanning over 18 years, our company is recognized for its commitment to excellence and meticulous attention to detail.

In this role, you will engage in a diverse range of projects both locally and nationally, contributing to the Estimating team by assessing the Mechanical components of various projects, particularly focusing on Air Conditioning and Ventilation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting estimates and pricing for projects valued up to £2M
  • Evaluating all Mechanical elements of projects with a focus on Air Conditioning and Ventilation
  • Collaborating on exciting projects across multiple sectors, including: Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Hospitality, Leisure, Manufacturing, and Retail
  • Enjoying opportunities for professional development and career progression


We invite applications from individuals currently employed in the Building Services Sector, particularly those in roles such as Senior Mechanical Estimator, HVAC Estimator, or Intermediate Mechanical HVAC Estimator looking to advance their careers.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • HND and/or Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
