Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a well-established Air Conditioning services provider, that have secured new contracts across the country. Due to this recent growth they are now looking for an experienced and qualified Mechanical Estimator to join there rapidly expanding and prestigious business.

Duties will be:

* Processing incoming tenders inclusive of sending for nominated specialists or manufacturers

* Create estimates/tenders from mechanical services design drawings (Ventilation, and air conditioning).

* Taking off drawings and schematics for inputting into the estimating software the company uses (Ensign estimating)

* Compiling information from nominated contractor and supplier costs into the estimate spreadsheets and compiling the covering letter for review of both at director level before issuing out

* Works in connection with rate documents for roll out type installations

* Works in connection with chasing quotes for works tendered
