General Foreman

As a General Foreman at Heidelberg Materials AG, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our site operations. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and direct the operational team to achieve its performance objectives.

• Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with Hanson's Health and Safety Plan and maintain a safe working environment.
• Environmental: Implement measures to minimize the site's environmental impact and adhere to Hanson's Environmental Management Plan.
• Compliance: Ensure all statutory legislation and company regulations are adhered to.
• Operations: Optimize Rail production levels and advance operational improvements to increase efficiency.
• Distribution: Collaborate with the logistics function to ensure operational procedures meet customer service levels.
• Quality: Work with the technical function to ensure operational procedures meet quality standards.
• Sustainability: Identify and implement improvements to the site's sustainability.
• Plant Operations: Ensure maximum plant availability through effective maintenance programs.
• Leadership: Provide guidance to site teams, ensuring operational goals and expectations are understood.

• Minimum 3 years relevant operational experience.
• Management/Leadership Skills.
