About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Project Manager to oversee the running of our youth schemes across Surrey, Hampshire, West Sussex, and Berkshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage three of our play and youth projects across the South-East.
  • Work effectively with play workers, parents, social workers, and head teachers to ensure children are happy and safe at Challengers.
  • Develop and implement projects that promote the importance of play and youth work for children and young people.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure the smooth running of all Challengers services.
Requirements
  • Experience in project management, preferably in a youth or play setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
