As a Property Consultant at Haybrook, you will play a pivotal role in delivering tailored property solutions for our clients. Your excellent communication skills, both oral and written, will enable you to effectively liaise with clients and external parties to achieve successful outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage properties, ensuring alignment with client service level agreements and delivering time-to-sell and price-achieved results.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a customer-focused mindset and providing timely, professional communication.
  • Coordinate with external parties to obtain necessary information, documentation, and progress properties, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Review information from third parties, creating recommendations based on supporting evidence, and presenting solutions in a clear, concise manner.
  • Respond promptly to emails and written communications, maintaining clarity and accuracy, and ensuring that property records are accurate and up-to-date.

About You

  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to process properties efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Keen attention to detail, with the ability to question and verify information.
  • Grade A-C GCSE in English and Maths, or a proven record of ability.

Requirements

  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
  • A clean credit history, with no CCJs or IVAs.
  • Five-year employment references.
  • A full DBS check at the start of employment.
