The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across the university to deliver excellent student support services. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert advice and guidance to students on inclusion and disability-related matters, including external application requirements for Disabled Students' Allowances.
What You Will Need
To excel in this role, you will require:
- A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a senior advisor or customer services professional.
The salary for this position is approximately £26,500 per annum, based on the national average for similar roles in the UK.
