About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Services Supervisor to join our team at Tenon FM. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of cleaning staff and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a team of cleaning staff to ensure excellent service delivery and high standards of cleanliness.
  • Build effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support the recruitment and training of new employees, including site familiarisation and cleaning regime training.
  • Provide hands-on cleaning support across sites and respond to cleaning requests as required.
  • Manage equipment, materials, and stock levels, and make orders as necessary.
  • Contribute to and maintain good relationships with customer representatives on site.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

Proven experience as a Cleaning Services Supervisor.Ability to build credible relationships and communicate effectively with clients and staff.Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite.Experience of audits and working with ISO 9001, 14001, and QHSAS 18001 standards.Ability to listen to and motivate employees.Proven record of being responsive and innovative.Self-motivated with the ability to work flexibly as part of a team.Strong organisational skills.About Us
