About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Services Supervisor to join our team at Tenon FM. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of cleaning staff and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a team of cleaning staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality service
  • Build effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations
  • Conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements
  • Support the recruitment and training of new employees, including site familiarisation and cleaning regime training
  • Provide hands-on cleaning support across sites and respond to cleaning requests as required
  • Manage equipment, materials, and stock levels, and make orders as necessary
  • Contribute to and maintain good relationships with customer representatives on site
About You
  • Proven experience as a Cleaning Services Supervisor or similar role
  • Ability to build credible relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience of audits and working with ISO 9001, 14001, and QHSAS 18001 standards
  • Ability to listen to and motivate employees
  • Proven record of being responsive and innovative
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work flexibly as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values
