Rally Prep is a leading automotive business in the motorsport industry. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our workshop operations.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, maintaining workshop standards, and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest quality. This includes estimating and quoting works, overseeing parts procurement, and effectively managing operations to meet productivity and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of technicians to ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Oversee parts procurement to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Plan and allocate resources to meet customer deadlines
  • Represent Rally Prep at industry and motorsport shows and events
  • Liaise with customers to provide regular updates on their projects

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of IMI Level 4 or equivalent qualification in a relevant automotive discipline. Additionally, they should have extensive experience in motorsport preparation and/or restoration of high-performance vehicles.
