Brook Street Recruitment is partnering with a leading supplier in the automotive industry to fill an exciting role for an Export Sales Administrator. This position involves preparing and processing export documentation, creating accurate invoices, and communicating with customers regarding order dispatch and export procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Documentation Management: Prepare and process export documentation for customers outside the UK.
  • Customer Orders: Create accurate invoices from customer orders and ensure timely dispatch.
  • Shipping & Freight: Compile packing lists and ensure the correct preparation of customs documentation.
  • Customer Liaison: Communicate with customers regarding order dispatch and provide advice on export procedures.
  • Cost Management: Maintain competitive shipping and air freight costs.
  • Invoice Approval: Review and approve courier invoices.
  • Adaptability: Take on additional duties as required to support the team.
