We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.

Responsibilities

* Ensure that all projects are properly scoped and managed from inception to completion

* Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers

* Conduct site inspections and report on progress

* Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction

* Prepare and present reports on project performance

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
