Croud, a global digital marketing agency, is seeking an experienced Programmatic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Performance Media team, you will be responsible for driving programmatic performance through the effective planning and execution of client campaigns.

With a minimum of 3 days per week based in our Shrewsbury office and flexible remote work arrangements, this role offers the perfect blend of collaboration and autonomy. Our hybrid working model allows for seamless integration with our teams while also providing the flexibility to work from home when needed.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programmatic strategies to drive client campaign success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Manage day-to-day programmatic activity, including campaign optimization and reporting
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform programmatic strategy
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in programmatic management, including hands-on experience with platforms like DV360 and The Trade Desk
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
