Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Reward Director to lead our Birmingham Reward Practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising clients on equity incentive arrangements, share-based plans, and other reward strategies. Your expertise will help drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Reward specialists in designing and implementing share-based incentive plans for clients in the UK and overseas.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert advice on reward strategies and equity incentives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and exceptional client service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in executive reward and equity incentives.
Requirements
- Significant experience in executive reward, including reward or share plan design and implementation.
- Proven track record of managing and developing client relationships.
- Ability to think critically, develop innovative solutions, and drive business growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
