About the Role

Your new company is seeking a highly skilled Reward Tax Manager/Associate Director to join their Employer Solutions Group. This specialist team is responsible for providing expert advice on reward and incentives to clients, and sits alongside the Employment Tax and Global Mobility offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement reward and incentives strategies for clients
  • Provide tax advice and valuation services to clients
  • Work closely with the Employment Tax and Global Mobility teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need at least a few years of experience in specialist reward/share schemes. You'll be working with a high-quality team that goes toe-to-toe with the Big 4 in this space, and will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of reward and incentives projects.
