About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reward Tax Manager/Associate Director to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our Employer Solutions Group, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on reward and incentives matters to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist reward and incentives advice to clients, including structuring, tax advice, valuations, and drafting.
  • Work closely with our national partners to deliver projects and win new business from clients.
  • Support the development of our junior staff and contribute to the growth and success of our team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in reward and incentives taxation and ensure that our clients receive the best possible advice.
