Senior Associate - Property Litigation

G2 Legal is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join its Property Litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex caseloads, including landlord-tenant disputes and development conflicts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload of property litigation matters, including disputes over commercial landlord and tenant portfolios, claims related to forfeiture, possession, and dilapidations, and addressing issues with insolvent tenants.
  • Provide strategic advice for acquiring development sites and resolving disputes over easements, restrictive covenants, and development agreements.
  • Work closely with junior colleagues to develop their skills and expertise in property litigation.
  • Contribute to business development and client relationship management, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of PQE experience in property litigation.
  • Strong technical expertise and experience in regional or national firms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
