Senior Associate Property Litigation Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Property Litigation Lawyer to join our award-winning team in Greater Manchester. As a key member of our property disputes team, you will represent private and public landlords, property investors, developers, retail organisations, private individuals, and agricultural clients in a range of complex property litigation matters.

Key responsibilities will include handling adverse possession claims, Land Registry indemnity claims, occupiers litigation, boundary disputes, agricultural disputes, complex claims involving telecommunication litigation, breach of lease, dilapidations, and forfeitures. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice to achieve their goals.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years post-qualification experience as a Property Litigation Senior Associate
  • Strong academic background and excellent legal skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines/targets, prioritize, and manage a varied caseload
  • Strong leadership skills with an eye for detail and ability to work well as part of a team
  • Professional and effective communication with team members and clients
