Senior Associate - Property Disputes

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our award-winning property disputes team in Greater Manchester.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in property litigation. They will be responsible for handling complex claims involving adverse possession, Land Registry indemnity, occupiers litigation, boundary disputes, and agricultural disputes.

The successful candidate will have strong legal and leadership skills, with a keen eye for detail. They will be part of a dynamic team representing private and public landlords, property investors, developers, retail organisations, private individuals, and agricultural clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex property disputes, including adverse possession claims and Land Registry indemnity claims
  • Represent clients in occupiers litigation, boundary disputes, and agricultural disputes
  • Work closely with the team to achieve excellent results for clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
