Commercial Property Solicitor Opportunity

About the Role

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a range of property-related assignments, including sales and purchases of real estate for business owner-occupiers and investors, landlord and tenant work, and commercial and residential property development. You will provide high-quality advice and support to our clients, demonstrating technical skill and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with sales and acquisitions of properties
  • Work on development projects for residential and commercial developers
  • Act for clearing banks, other banks, and financial institutions in secured lending
  • Advise on overage arrangements
  • Support the corporate/commercial department with real estate aspects of corporate matters
Requirements

We are looking for a solicitor with a good academic background and training who is looking to further develop their career. You will need to have excellent knowledge of all areas of commercial real estate and experience of providing high-quality advice representing a leading law firm. We are open to hiring an NQ, provided they have had at least 6 months commercial property experience during their training contract.
