Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Kingdom Services Group. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
Key Responsibilities- First point of contact for Kingdom Security Officers in the area.
- Working closely with the local police and crime hubs gathering intel on prolific shoplifters in the area.
- Targeting top incident/shrink locations on the area.
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
- Reducing shrink/stock loss.
- Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
- Working as part of a team to fulfil customer requirements.
- Dealing with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner.
- Experience of working as a Store Detective preferred.
- A valid SG or DS SIA Licence.
- Own Transport.
- Have the ability to manage conflict in a balanced and professional manner.
- Knowledge and experience of A.S.C.O.N.E & PACE.
- A full five-year checkable employment history.
