Job Title: Offshore SHEQ Management Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Offshore SHEQ Management Specialist to join our team at Elite Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our offshore operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) initiatives across our offshore marine operations.
In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of QHSE policies, procedures, and strategies that meet and exceed industry standards. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and other relevant regulations.
With a salary of £55,000, based in Okehampton, Devon, and with visits to Bradworthy, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in the offshore industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QHSE risk assessments in contracts, ensuring compliance and mitigating potential risks.
- Develop and implement robust QHSE policies, procedures, and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and other relevant regulations.
- Raise awareness and promote a culture of safety, responsibility, and environmental stewardship among employees.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in SHEQ management, ideally in the offshore or marine sector.
- Expertise in risk assessments, contract management, and QHSE systems.
- NEBOSH certification and proven experience leading audits.
