Nourish Care is a leading software provider for the care sector, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that transform the way care services are managed. As a key member of our Operations team within the Legal and Compliance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring commercial contractual terms are adhered to within customer contracts.

As a Compliance Renewal Expert at Nourish Care, you will take ownership of our contract compliance process, working collaboratively with key stakeholders to identify and secure potential revenue opportunities tied to contract terms. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee compliance with existing contract terms and conditions, ensuring customers adhere to their contractual commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Compliance & Uplift Identification: You will be responsible for identifying and securing potential revenue opportunities tied to contract terms, both upon renewal and at annual anniversaries.
  • Renewals Support: You will support the account management team by providing guidance on renewals processes and collaborating on compliance aspects to maximise renewal rates and revenue retention.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with internal teams, including account management, finance, legal, and sales, to ensure contractual compliance, facilitate smooth renewal processes, and align on any compliance-related customer requirements.
  • Compliance Reporting & Analysis: You will track and report on compliance metrics, contract performance, and uplift opportunities, providing insights and data to leadership, highlighting areas for improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Process Optimization for Compliance: You will continuously improve the contract compliance and renewal support processes to enhance efficiency, ensure consistency, and elevate the overall customer experience, particularly regarding contractual obligations.
  • Renewals Strategy Support: You will partner with the account management team to develop a forward-looking strategy for renewals, incorporating insights from compliance metrics and incorporating upsell opportunities based on customer needs and contract potential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Contractual Expertise: Strong understanding of contract structures, compliance requirements, and a proven ability to enforce contractual obligations and identify potential uplifts.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficient in using data and metrics to drive compliance and renewal decisions, with experience analysing contract compliance trends and revenue impact.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills for engaging with both external clients and internal teams, providing updates on compliance status and renewal opportunities, and ensuring clear communication of contract terms and obligations.
  • Process Management: Experience in optimising processes, especially those related to contract compliance and renewals, and a proactive approach to improving operational efficiency.
  • CRM & Contract Tools Proficiency: Experience with CRM and contract management systems (e.g. HubSpot, DealHub, Chargebee), with a strong capability to leverage these tools for compliance tracking and renewal insights.
  • SaaS Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS business operations, software licensing models, and contract management within a high-growth software environment.
  • Experience: 3 years in a contract compliance, renewals management, or related operations role within the software/SaaS industry.

Benefits and Perks:

  • $70,000 - $90,000 per year salary, depending on experience.
