Job Title: Worship Music Coordinator

About the Role
New Wine Trust is seeking a skilled Worship Music Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating musical activities across the church, enhancing a vibrant Christian community, and leading volunteers for worship music.

Key Responsibilities
• Bring creativity, training, and innovation to all areas of music in the church.
• Lead and participate in at least one band-led service per week, utilizing talents to create engaging experiences for attendees.
• Oversee the Youth led band, developing and encouraging musicians to grow and mature in their craft.
• Provide leadership and conducting for the 9:15 service choir, including weekly rehearsals and occasional training to enhance performance quality.
• Collaborate with the choir core team to choose music and hymns for the 9:15 service, ensuring cohesive and meaningful worship experiences.
• Establish connections with classical musicians, exploring opportunities to integrate them into future services and build up the groups.
• Ensure a safe environment by implementing safeguarding policies and undergoing relevant Diocese training to guarantee the well-being of everyone involved.

What We Offer
We offer an estimated salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating engaging worship experiences and building relationships within the church community.
