Job Title: Experienced Children's Support Worker

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced support worker to join our team at Brook Street Social Care NMR. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support to children and young people, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their overall wellbeing.

About the Role:

As a support worker, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to children and young people, helping them to develop their skills and confidence. You will work closely with our team to identify the individual needs of each child and develop personalized support plans to meet those needs. You will also be required to work with families and other professionals to ensure that the child receives the best possible support.

Requirements:
  • 6 months UK based care experience in the last year OR a year in the last 5 years
  • Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
  • Willing to undergo DBS and reference checks
  • Willing to undertake personal care
  • To be approachable, friendly, proactive and engage with the services users
  • Great communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Registered with Social Care Wales
