Job Title: Experienced Children's Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated support worker to join our team in Swansea and Neath Port Talbot. As a children's residential support worker, you will be working with children and young people with complex needs, providing them with expert care and attention.

About the Role:
  • Support children aged with complex needs in a short breaks service
  • Flexibility to pick up shifts when available and when it suits the service
  • Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people
  • Adhere to personal care plans and strict health and safety practices
  • Build rapport and empower children and young people to reach their potential
  • Carry out elements of personal care if required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience within children's social care is essential
  • Full UK driving licence
  • NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care is desirable
  • A form of behavioural management training is essential
  • Enhanced DBS check (Update Service DBS' desirable for swifter onboarding)
