About the Role:
As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, case managing residents, administering and recording medication, conducting risk assessments, and working closely with the leadership team to develop services. You will also be expected to provide a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and supervising staff during their shift
  • Ensuring effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Managing resident records and care plans
  • Coordinating medication administration and recording
  • Conducting risk assessments and developing strategies to mitigate risks

Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of care planning processes and procedures
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
