Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team in Cheshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the buildings' mechanical and electrical systems, as well as performing routine tests and inspections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including testing and inspection of component parts.
  • Conduct routine tests, checks, and record keeping for all building systems, including weekly fire alarm and disabled toilet alarm checks.
  • Maintain water systems and records to the highest standard in accordance with L8 Legislation.
  • Provide innovative solutions to improve building, plant, and system energy efficiency.
Requirements
  • Experience working with building management systems, including fault finding and operator use.
  • Health and Safety Qualified, i.e., IOSH and/or NEBOSH.
  • 18th Edition qualification.
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
  • Overtime flexibility may be required.
  • On-call schedule available.
