We are seeking an experienced Chef Manager for our esteemed client, St Gobain Glass UK, based in Goole.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team to provide exceptional service to staff and customers.
  • Maximise team performance by setting high standards and leading by example.
  • Enhance sales and provide great service to our customers.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met to the highest standard.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen and front of house environment.
  • Ensure compliance with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Complete weekly bookwork and reports, as well as stock taking and ordering.

About You

  • Excellent culinary skills and experience as a Chef Manager in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate others.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and a focus on delivering results.
  • IT literacy and business management skills within a kitchen environment.
