We are seeking an experienced Chef Manager for our esteemed client, St Gobain Glass UK, based in Goole.

Your Role

As our ideal candidate, you will provide outstanding service to staff and customers while guiding and motivating your team to excel. You will be responsible for maximizing team performance, leading by example, and setting high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Services: Breakfast, Lunch
  • Preparing high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen and front of house environment
  • Ensuring the correct use of kitchen machinery and equipment
  • Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Complying with Health & Safety regulations
  • Completing weekly bookwork and reports
  • Stock taking and ordering

About You

  • Excellent culinary skills
  • Experience as a Chef Manager in a similar role or contract catering
  • Excellent communication & leadership skills, able to engage and motivate others
  • Experience in managing client relationships
  • Quality and process driven with a focus on delivering results
  • IT literate (Ms Office and emails)
  • Business management within a kitchen environment
