Monday - Friday Role

We are seeking an experienced Chef Manager to join our team at Dine Contract Catering in Goole. As a Chef Manager, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our clients and customers, while guiding and motivating your team to deliver exceptional results.

About the Role

  • Services: Breakfast, Lunch, and other catering services
  • Preparing high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen and front of house environment
  • Ensuring the correct use of kitchen machinery and equipment
  • Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations
  • Completing weekly bookwork and reports, and managing stock and ordering

About You

  • Excellent culinary skills and experience as a Chef Manager in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and motivate others
  • Experience in managing client relationships and delivering results
  • Quality and process-driven, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • IT literate, with experience using Microsoft Office and emails
