Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team at Tate Southampton. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Bid Manager in the preparation, submission, and administration of bids, as well as providing administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Bid Manager: Provide administrative support to the Bid Manager, including preparing and submitting bids, and maintaining accurate records.
- Administration: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management, as required.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a bid or contract administration role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
