Fines Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and confident Fines Officer to join our team in Port Talbot. As a Fines Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to fine payers, dealing with written queries, and performing general administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call Handling regarding fines
- Dealing with written queries
- General Administration
- Distribution of Post
- General photocopying and filing
- Creating and updating records on the in-house computer system
- Data Entry
- Ad Hoc duties as and when required by the client
Requirements:
- Standard DBS required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
