About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and confident individual to join our team as a Fines Officer. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling fines-related calls, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle fines-related calls and provide accurate information to clients
  • Deal with written queries and respond to customer inquiries
  • Perform general administration tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Assist with the distribution of post and general photocopying and filing
  • Support the team with ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
