We're seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to join our team at MamaOwl. In this role, you'll play a vital part in driving our marketing efforts forward.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and organized individual to support our marketing team. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, brainstorming innovative ideas, and contributing to the development of engaging content.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage general marketing administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, coordinating internal communication, and maintaining records.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing events, such as photoshoots and customer events.
  • Create high-quality visual content using your video and photographic skills.
  • Process invoices, track marketing budgets, and maintain accurate records.
  • Work closely with digital marketing teams to ensure smooth ad campaign operations and report on results.
  • Analyze campaign data, including social media metrics, Google Analytics, and brand awareness metrics.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree or diploma in marketing or relevant experience.
  • Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and Google Sheets.
