We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Director to lead our A Level Maths and Physics curriculum area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences that meet the needs of our students.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and innovative educator to take on a leadership role and make a real difference in the lives of our students. As Programme Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing the A Level Maths and Physics curriculum
  • Leading a team of teachers and lecturers to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences
  • Managing the accreditation and quality assurance processes for our Maths and Physics programmes
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • At least two years of teaching experience in Maths and Physics
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
