Statistical Leadership Role for Product Development

In this role, you will join a team of experts in the field of data analysis, working closely with manufacturing operations to drive product development and quality assurance. As a Senior Statistician, you will utilize your passion for team leadership and people management to develop and mentor junior statisticians.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics and mathematics, with experience working in regulated or manufacturing environments. Proficiency in SAS/R programming is also highly desirable. You will be expected to contribute to and manage small projects, collaborating with colleagues from various backgrounds to explain statistical concepts.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, Abbott offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a defined-contribution pension scheme, share ownership scheme, private healthcare, life assurance, and flexible benefits scheme.
