Job Title: Strategic Leadership Executive

  4. You will analyze and monitor branch performance, implementing strategies to enhance results and achieve sales targets.
  5. This role requires fostering a positive and productive working environment that supports the professional growth of team members.
  6. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures is essential.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience as a strong Recruiter or similar role.
  • A solid understanding of sales and marketing principles is crucial for success in this position.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are required to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to drive business growth.
