About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Deputy Director of Strategic Asset Management to join our team at Paradigm Housing Group. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for driving the performance and viability of our stock, leading a department of circa 25, and delivering appraisal and investment, decarbonisation, and complex operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and maintain standards from new build handover to complex acquisition/disposal appraisals.
  • Lead a department of circa 25, with three department heads, to drive, measure, and continually assess the performance and viability of our stock.
  • Deliver appraisal and investment, decarbonisation, and complex operational tasks such as building defects, non-freehold management, and statutory notifications.
  • Exhibit passion, resolve, and innovation to drive our Asset Management and wider corporate strategies forward.

Requirements

  • A level of experience and expertise across the entire depth and breadth of the property spectrum.
  • Ability to demonstrate the highest calibre of written, spoken, and presentation skills to engage effectively with executives, non-executive Board members, and strategic partners.
