**Job Summary**
Adecco is seeking a Risk Management Specialist to join their Markets Operations - Risk Reporting & Governance Team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in Financial Services, with knowledge of Trade Bookings, Reconciliations, and Controls. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential for this role.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Identify and reduce risk within areas impacting the wider Markets Operations teams
* Work on New Activity (In Function Lead), Delegated Trade Booking, and PPL Governance
* Collaborate with the team to develop and implement risk management strategies
**Requirements**
* 5+ years' experience in Financial Services
* Knowledge of Trade Bookings, Reconciliations, and Controls
* Excellent communication and analytical skills
**What We Offer**
* Competitive daily rate of £580
* Hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
