Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a senior recruiter in the hospitality industry, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent for various positions within the sector.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for hospitality roles such as chefs, managers, and support staff.
  2. Utilizing a range of sourcing techniques to find suitable candidates, including networking, headhunting, and leveraging social media platforms.
  3. Interviewing and selecting candidates to ensure they meet the required skill set and fit the company culture.
  4. Working closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
  5. Representing the company as an ambassador, promoting it as an employer of choice within the hospitality industry.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in recruitment, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
  • Negotiation skills to secure the best talent on favourable terms.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities to overcome recruitment challenges.
Salary Expectation

The salary expectation for this role is £65,000 per annum, plus bonus (uncapped), private health care, usual mobile phone, and laptop.
