Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our team in Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland. As a key member of our fit-out and construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multiple projects from order stage to completion.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience, with a highly competitive benefits package including occupational sick pay, contributory pension, death in service benefit, private medical cover, working from home policy, discretionary bonus scheme, long service awards, paid professional subscriptions, and annual leave increasing with service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the successful delivery of multiple fit-out projects from conception to completion.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and quality finish to improve customer relationships and gain further work.
  • Provide a proactive and effective service to clients.
  • Liaise with other team members in preparation of sub-contract orders, cost comparisons, and payments.
  • Cost reporting to Manager.
  • Ensure all projects are run in compliance with Health and Safety regulations and general housekeeping on site is as expected.
  • Attend site meetings, preparing necessary information.
  • Ensure cost and waste control.
  • Assist in efficiently recording all cost variations and swift conclusion of final accounts.
  • Support Company initiatives, adhering to ISO & 45001, FSC, and Investors in People Standards.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing fit-out projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
