Job Description
This position involves providing 1:1 care to a maximum of 2 children at a time. Your duties will include:
- Safeguarding the well-being of children and promoting their welfare.
- Promoting positive outcomes for children and encouraging happiness and play.
- Providing a positive role model for young people, presenting yourself in a professional manner.
Main Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of this role include safeguarding children, promoting positive outcomes, and being a positive role model. You should have a full driving license and own vehicle, as well as over 21 years old.
Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary, negotiable depending on experience (£25,000 - £35,000 per annum). Additionally, you can expect full or part-time availability, a generous holiday allowance, and a Blue light card.
