About the Role:

We are seeking a Digital Skills Trainer to join our Talent and Organisational Development team. As a Digital Skills Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating Digital Skills training packages. You will work closely with stakeholders and employees to understand their Digital skills needs and develop training solutions to support the digital transformation of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver Digital Skills training packages
  • Work with stakeholders and employees to understand their Digital skills needs
  • Develop training solutions to support the digital transformation of our organisation
  • Use excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and employees
  • Be a trusted advisor on our ICT systems

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to design and deliver training packages
  • Knowledge of ICT systems
