About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Trainer to join our team at Dutton Gregory LLP. As a Digital Systems Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs for IT systems and software
  • Provide one-to-one support and coaching to staff members
  • Develop and maintain training materials and resources
  • Collaborate with other trainers to deliver project-based IT training
  • Support the roll-out of new IT systems and software
  • Work on our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless user experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in IT training and coaching
  • Experience working with an LMS
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Drive and car ownership (mileage paid)
